StarPAGES is a decentralized platform where members can buy, sell, and rent digital products, services, event tickets, and NFT-based assets. All transactions are secured by smart contracts on supported EVM-compatible blockchains.

Simply connect your account using the "Connect to Access" button at the top of any page. Once your account is connected and verified, you automatically have access to StarPAGES. No separate registration is required.

StarPAGES currently supports Sepolia Testnet, BSC Testnet, and StarCHAIN Testnet for all StarPAGES operations. Mainnet support for BSC is planned for the next release cycle.

You will need native tokens (ETH on Sepolia, BNB on BSC) for gas fees when executing transactions. Some listings may require STARP or other ecosystem tokens as payment. You can view accepted payment tokens on each listing.

Payments are processed on-chain using supported cryptocurrencies. We do not currently accept credit cards or fiat currency directly. For subscription plans, we accept STARP, ETH, and BNB.

StarPAGES charges a 2.5% service fee on all completed transactions. This fee is split between the platform treasury and the Revenue Pool. Sellers receive the remaining 97.5% of the listing price. Fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase.

Refund policies are set by individual sellers. Most digital products and services are non-refundable due to their nature. For event tickets, cancellations are handled per the event organizer's policy. Always review the seller's refund terms before purchasing.

Subscription plans are billed monthly in STARP tokens. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account > Subscription page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

To list an item, navigate to your account, select "Create Listing," and fill in the item details, price, and listing type (sale or rental). For NFT-based items, ensure the NFT is in your connected account. Listings are reviewed before going live.

You can sell digital products, services, event tickets, NFT rentals, and verified tokenized assets. All listings must comply with our Terms of Service. Prohibited items include illegal goods, stolen digital assets, and items that infringe on intellectual property rights.

Listings remain active for 30 days by default. You can renew your listing at any time or set a custom duration. Expired listings are automatically delisted but remain in your account history and can be relisted with one click.

Payments are automatically routed to your connected account after the transaction is confirmed on-chain. For large transactions, there may be a short holding period for security review. You can track all incoming payments in your Seller Dashboard.

You can update your profile from the Account Settings page. Editable fields include your display name, avatar, bio, and social links. Your account address cannot be changed as it is tied to your account identity.

Each account address represents a separate account. If you switch accounts, you will need to reconnect and will have a different StarPAGES identity. We recommend using a single account for all StarPAGES activity to keep your history and reputation consolidated.

To close your account, ensure all active listings are removed and pending transactions are resolved. Then contact support through the Contact Us form, selecting "Account & Profile" as the category. Account data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

If a transaction appears stuck, first check the blockchain explorer for your transaction hash. Network congestion can cause delays. If the transaction has been pending for more than 30 minutes, you may need to speed it up by increasing the gas fee or wait for network resolution. Contact support if the issue persists beyond 1 hour.

This usually means your session has expired or your account has disconnected. Try reconnecting your account. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache, ensure you're on the correct network, and try again. If you continue to have issues, use the Contact Us form.

First, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check that you are on a supported browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 15+, or Edge 90+). Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with Web3 connections. Clear your browser cache as a last resort.
