1. Nature of Investment

Level 3 Participatory membership ("Membership") provides access to investment returns through the StarWorld Revenue Pool. The Membership is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under applicable law.

2. Investment Returns

The following returns are projected based on venue performance:

• 12% per annum ROI: Based on venue revenue and performance metrics

• Revenue Pool Dividends: 75% of venue revenue distributed to consortium members

• StarPOINTS Cashback: 5% cashback on all venue bookings

3. Risk Factors

The following risks are associated with this Membership:

• Market Risk: Venue revenue may fluctuate based on market conditions

• Operational Risk: Venue operations may be disrupted by external factors

• Liquidity Risk: Funds are locked for the duration of the Membership period

• Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations may affect the Membership structure

• Technology Risk: Blockchain-based systems may experience technical issues

4. Fees and Costs

The following fees apply to Level 3 Participatory membership:

• Membership Fee: $200+ per year

• Platform Fee: 10% of membership fee retained by StarWorld

• Venue Split: 50% of membership fee goes to sponsoring venue

• Gas Fees: $0 — gas sponsored by ERC-4337 Paymaster

5. Cooling-Off Period

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your Membership purchase, no questions asked. After this period, refunds are handled according to theRefund Policy.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with thePrivacy Policy and Indonesian Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Membership shall be resolved through: 1) Direct contact with support@tokenizin.com, 2) Mediation through our dispute resolution team, 3) Arbitration through the Indonesian Arbitration Board.
